Course Information

This course continues to be upgraded and new fences added on all courses. Berkshire College’s course runs over gently undulating permenanat pasture, and is designed to be a fair test for the less expereicned horses. Every effort will be made to ensure good going on the cross country course and dressage. All areas will be aerated as necessary. Show jumping will be in the outdoor arena

Additional Information

Show Jumping Warm-Up Policy – Our stewards will stick to timetabled slots as much as they can, but please always check with them before warming up (and preferably before coming down to the ring). They will endeavour to get ahead of schedule if possible. Where there are gaps, it maybe possible for riders to slot in a certain extent but not out of section – this system is implemented to ensure section runs according to times.

“The ground conditions at BCA were so good considering how little rain that everywhere has had – or not had as the case may be! BCA had done a fantastic job prepping the ground even down to aerating the dressage arenas and warm up (which should be done everywhere but very rarely is! Many thanks to everyone who was involved last weekend. Despite the heat it was a very enjoyable, well run and friendly event. Hope to see you next year”

Suszie Cleaveland, Competitor
